CP3, is an acronym for “Collaboration Planning Prioritisation Performance”.
CP3 is also known as CAPS or JSIP by some.
CP3 is a centralised decision support system, configured to the requirements and specific preferences of each client.
In order to do this, it comprise of four modules. These four modules facilitate the business processes that are associated with the capital planning environment within an organisation. It provides one place where all the capital needs of the organisation reside and serves as a project preparation portal.
